# EIPIC-P Subsidy Calculator

As a Permanent Resident, your child is eligible for EIPIC but pays higher fees than Singapore Citizens. Exact PR fees aren't published publicly, so treat this as a rough guide — we can confirm the current figure for you.

  * ECDA caps Singapore Citizen out-of-pocket EIPIC fees between about S$5 and S$430/month, based on income.
  * Your exact fee is means-tested by ECDA through HOMES and confirmed by your EI centre.
  * Your child must be assessed and recommended by a paediatrician to enrol in EIPIC.
